Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Avocado Egg Boat
Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 egg
- 1 dash of fresh ground black pepper
- 1 table spoon of all natural shredded colby jack cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. De-core avocado and crack egg in the hollow part.
3. Lay avocado "boat" on baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle shredded colby jack on top.
5. Bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Transfer to plate and sprinkle pepper.
