Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Egg Feta Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 table spoon of organic nonfat crumbed feta cheese
- 1/2 table spoon of salted butter
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine egg white and feta. Slightly whisk content.
2. Heat frying pan on high. Add butter.
3. Wait until butter melts and reduce heat to medium.
4. Pour in egg and feta mixture, and carefully spread it out with a spatula.
5. Let one side cook for about 1 minute, then flip it over as you would with regular pancake.
6. Let the other side cook for another minute. Flip again. Cook for 20 seconds, and flip again. Continue until pancake is thoroughly cooked and solid.
7. Transfer to plate and enjoy with fruits and toast.
