Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipe: Greek Yogurt with Honey, Fruit and Crushed Crunch

Today's easy and healthy breakfast recipe offers layers of goodness that include creamy nonfat Greek yogurt, crunchy granola bar, supple berries and sweet honey. The granola bar I used is the Cliff Crunch Granola Bar in Peanut Butter flavor. It's 70% organic, has less than 200 calories per serving, and is wholesome with peanut butter. Not only does it offer lasting energy, it also tastes great. Crushed up and combined with strawberries, it dresses up yogurt with color, texture and flavor. The entire combination creates an easy healthy breakfast that both tastes good and is good for you.

- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 4-5 strawberries, sliced
- 1 table spoon of honey

1. Spoon yogurt in bowl.
2. Crush Cliff crunch granola bar with a spoon. Sprinkle on top of yogurt.
3. Lay strawberries on top.
4. Drizzle honey all over.
